Our story
So you feel at home from day one
Beliche brings together students at Brazilian universities who are a good fit to live together. Leaving home for the first time gets a lot better when your people are already there.
Why we exist
To make starting university less lonely and safer, by bringing together people who are a good fit to live together.
For many students, university is their first time away from home. At heart, Beliche is about belonging, from day one.
“What rooms are out there?”
“Who will I get along with, living together?”
That question changes everything. Group chats and classifieds show rooms. Beliche shows people who are a good fit for you.
What Beliche does
Matching by lifestyle
You share your routine, habits, budget and where you want to live, and Beliche shows who fits you, and on what. You like each other? The chat opens.

Where Beliche is being built
Beliche is Portuguese for “bunk bed”, and we’re putting it together one city at a time: a good match needs lots of people in the same place. The first is Blumenau. It’s home, and it’s where Beliche is being built.
First hub
Blumenau — SC
Who’s behind it

The road ahead
2026
Born in Blumenau
In October, Sobe no Beliche Ltda. is founded, and Beliche starts in the city that’s home.
Phase 1 We are here
One city, lots of people
Make matching work in Blumenau, with real people finding where to live through Beliche.
Phase 2
City by city
Grow through Brazil’s biggest university hubs, with students from one city bringing Beliche to the next.
The dream
The first place that comes to mind
Got into university? Open Beliche. We want to be the first place every student in Brazil thinks of when looking for where to live, and who with.
We connect people. The deal is between you.
Beliche is not a real estate agency: we don’t take on properties, negotiate prices, draft contracts, handle payments or charge commission on rent.
